Obtained through the distillation of a 48-hour hydroalcoholic maceration of botanicals including Patagonian juniper berries, allspice (Mexico), pink peppercorns (Brazil), cinnamon sticks (Sri Lanka), and nutmeg (Indonesia). This process extracts the essential oils from each botanical.

The resulting solution is then poured into a 100% copper still—recovered and restored from 1961—and steam distillation begins. This method further extracts the essential oils from the botanicals placed in the still’s external basket. Once the distillation is complete, the gin rests in glass barrels for over 20 days before being bottled and ready to enjoy.

Our gin is primarily characterized by its spiced profile. It offers a rich aroma on the nose, a smooth texture, and a subtle smoky note. The peppers stand out prominently, balanced by the natural sweetness of cinnamon sticks. Ideal for sipping neat or with tonic water, served in glasses or balloon goblets. We recommend garnishing with fresh citrus peels to enhance its aroma and flavor. Store in a cool, dark place between 16–18 °C

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar dayswithout giving any reason, provided the product has not been opened or consumed.

Conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal:

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase must be retained.
The 14-day period starts from the day you received your order.

Products excluded from withdrawal:

Opened gin bottles or bottles with broken seals.
Customized or made-to-order limited edition products.
Gift boxes that have been opened.

2. Return Process

To make a return, please follow these steps:

Send the product in its original packaging, well protected, including your order number inside the package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once the return is received and the condition of the product has been verified:

We will issue a full refund of the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable) within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned item.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the package. In such cases, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
